Sam J. DeBonis | President & CEO
Sam DeBonis is the President & CEO of Warsaw Federal. In this role, Sam is responsible for day-to-day operations and overseeing all lines of business. He provides leadership to each department to help them achieve their goals and ensure customers are receiving exceptional products and services, while continuously working to enhance the bank’s commitment to serve the Cincinnati community. Throughout his more than 20-year career in banking, Sam has focused on helping business customers thrive.

Previously, Sam was the Vice President of Commercial Lending at Park National Bank in Cincinnati, where he focused on new business development, portfolio management, credit underwriting and community involvement. Prior to that, he was a Commercial Portfolio Analyst at Provident Bank and a Field Auditor at U.S. Bank. He began his professional life as a teacher, before moving to banking.

DeBonis has a bachelor’s degree in education from Ohio University and a master’s degree in accountancy from Northern Kentucky University. He serves on the board of trustees for Clermont Senior Services, where he previously served as the board chair. He also serves on the board of directors for the Clermont County Port Authority, CASA for Clermont Kids and on the finance committee at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church in Withamsville.

Sue Richey | Chief Financial Officer, Information Security Officer and Security Officer
Sue Richey is the Chief Financial Officer, Information Security Officer and Compliance Officer at Warsaw Federal. In these roles, Sue manages the bank’s accounting and finance practices, coordinates compliance reviews, creates the organizational budget, prepares reports to the board of directors, manages third-party relationships, and oversees the information security program. Previously, she was Vice President, Controller at Guardian Savings Bank in Cincinnati and served on their IT Steering Committee. She was also a Staff Accountant at Gregory Poole Equipment Company and Nomacorc LLC, and Director of Operations for the American Kennel Club. While at AKC Sue was the project lead for both the transition from paper to electronic files and the creation of a real time website for clubs to entered data. Sue graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Wesleyan College, earning bachelor’s degrees in business administration and accounting.

Todd D. Kist | Vice President, Lending
Todd Kist is Vice President, Lending at Warsaw Federal. He joined the bank in 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience in residential lending. Previously, he was the Head of Consumer Lending for Heritage Bank; VP, Operations for Citizen Home Loans of America; and, a Mortgage Loan Originator for Union Home Mortgage Corp. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati with concentrations in marketing and real estate. In the community, he serves as the treasurer for Loveland Youth Softball and has been involved in various youth sports organizations as a board member and coach.

Jose Suliveres | Retail Banking & BSA Officer
Jose Suliveres Sr. is the Branch Manager of Warsaw Federal. In this role, Jose manages the retail business unit. Among his duties are overseeing the branch network, deposit operations, teller operations, ACH operations, IRA portfolio, managing third-party relationships and more. Jose works to build long-lasting customer relationships while networking with the community to help build bank awareness. He also serves as the Warsaw Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. As the BSA Officer, Jose develop, implements, administers and maintains all aspects of the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering compliance program. Previously, he was Community Investment & Business Development Officer at Warsaw Federal.
 
In the community, he is a member of Hispanic Chamber Cincinnati and supports Santa Maria Community Services and the Price Hill Will community development corporation.
